        New at Taki Sushi Highland, chef Ken has brought us the "Yuki Ramen & Yuki Specialty Sushi".

       

Chef Ken has been a Japanese chef for decades, spent ten years in Japan, then he gained 20 years of experience in the U.S.

       

With such experience, the chef and his team shares the professional skills and background knowledge through every dish: The delicate preparation, enhancement of the natural flavor in each ingredient, and innovating modern sushi with traditional Japanese cooking skills.

       

        Yuki is a restaurant with a wide range of Japanese cuisine that people will find the taste of Japan in a unique new style.
